Don't Buy From Amazon ; I Repeat Don't

This is a legal mail in concern to the problems I’m facing with the returning of the above product (as to the rules followed up by consumer helpline India)

1) I got this product delivered at my location on 19/05/2018 ie. Saturday 

1.1) I unboxed the product (making video of unboxing) & found the battery of the product isn’t working.

1.2) I connected the macbook with the charger for about 4hours in order to make sure that battery is working properly but after doing it I found that the moment I’m unplugging the charger, the macbook is getting turned off automatically ie. battery issue 



2.0) I called the amazon customer service & booked a replacement also i was assured that i’ll get the replacement product as soon as the product get delivered to the seller.

2.1) I booked a replacement of the product.

3.0) The product was picked up from my location with all the accessories and box in tidy and scratch less condition by the amazon transport services

4.0) 23/05/2018 ie.Wednesday @0:18 I got a mail from Amazon.in Marketplace saying 

Greetings from Amazon.in,

We're writing to inform you that your order 408-2169210-3785111 from Amazon.in has been cancelled.

If you paid using net banking or credit/debit card, your refund will be initiated with your bank shortly. Your bank may take 2-4 business days for net banking purchases and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card purchases to credit the refund amount to your account.

ie.Amazon failed against the assurance given to me for the replacement of the order

5.0) 25/05/2018 ie.Friday @08:00 product delivered to seller as mentioned by the tracking details provided by Amazon Transport Service 

6.0) 26/05/2018 ie.Today I got a mail from seller with the domain name of Amazon saying that


Now who is responsible for the problems and the harassments that I’m facing form 19/05/2018 though I’m an old consumer shopping from last three years(with registered email: djkitan@gmail.com ) from amazon.in only but I wasn’t expecting this kind of experience after placing the order.

I have got this complaint registered with consumer helpline India ie. Consumer Court
 I have discussed this issue with some media authorities ie.Zee business & Cnbc awaaz and some of the active bloggers like technical guruji & greeky ranjit for all the problems i have been facing.

WHEN I ANALYZE THE SITUATION I FOUNG THOUSAND CASES AS OF MINE. HAVE A LOOK,

ITS BEEN 11 DAYS SINCE I HAVE GIVEN A SUM OF INR-1,54,600.00 TO AMAZON.IN , BUT TILL DAY I HAVE'NT GOT A USEFUL PRODUCT NEITHER I HAVE MY MONEY IN HANDS. ALL I HAVE IS HARASSMENT. 


So if you planing to buy something next AMAZON.IN Sale then you should'nt . I would rather recommend flipkart or paytm. they also have somewhat similar price rate with better transport and there reviews are also good. Personally i have no bad days with Flipkart or Paytm. Also i doesn't have any issue with amazon till 19/05/18 . I use to trust Amazon blindly but now its just HARASSMENT.
